User Accounts and Responsibilities

• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Community Guidelines

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• No spam, self-promotion, or misleading content
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Report inappropriate content or behavior to support@skelapps.com
• No sharing of personal information without consent

Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create and share on Matzy
• By posting content, you grant Matzy a license to use, display, and distribute it
• You may not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Matzy respects intellectual property and will respond to valid DMCA notices
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines

Gaming Features and Services

• Social gaming features are provided on an 'as-is' basis
• We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of gaming news feeds
• Player matchmaking is based on available data and preferences
• Ranks and gaming stats shown in the app come from you or from linked platforms and may be out of date
• We are not responsible for interactions between matched players

Privacy and Data

• You have rights regarding your personal data under applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

• Commercial use of the platform without authorization

Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may ask us to delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts after extended periods

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

Jurisdiction and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless the law lets you bring them before the courts where you live.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
